The Tampa Bay Chamber offers its members the opportunity to partner in more than 130 events a year, including the Tampa Green Team environmental stewardship program. This program, in partnership with AmeriCorps and Volunteer Florida, works to address many of the city's sustainability and resilience goals. The Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation also makes a significant difference in the areas of education, humanitarian causes, arts and culture, the environment, and medical research in Sarasota and beyond. Tampa Bay Living Green Expo June 2010

The 2010 Tampa Bay Living Green Expo has been certified carbon neutral by ClimateSafe. Carbon offsets have been provided by International Carbon Bank and Exchange, Inc. Tampa Bay Living Green Expo has neutralized emissions resulting from electricity consumption at Expo venues including The St. Petersburg Coliseum, The Sunshine Center and the Mirror lake Complex. Emissions resulting from driving to the Expo have also been offset.
