THE FEST is an independent multiple-day, multiple-venue underground music festival held annually in Gainesville, FL with support from the fine folks from VISIT GAINESVILLE, ALACHUA COUNTY. Established in 2002 with only 60 bands, four stages, and two days, THE FEST has experienced a massive growth rate and now is three days long, 15+ venues and over 350 bands, comedians and professional wrestlers.

Fest 10 brought The Fest back to Gainesville for a landmark tenth edition, celebrating a decade of punk, indie, and underground music with one of the event’s biggest and most recognizable lineups. The poster highlights Hot Water Music, Against Me!, Samiam, Lifetime, Bouncing Souls, Dillinger Four, Less Than Jake, Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Co., Youth Brigade, and Ted Leo + The Pharmacists, alongside an enormous supporting bill of additional bands. The artwork and sponsor block reinforce the event’s distinctly Gainesville DIY identity, while the scale of the lineup makes clear that this was a major multi-day gathering built around music, community, and the wider independent culture that had grown up around The Fest.
